We offer customized services, high-level technical support, and IT solutions aligned with industry best practices — such as the ITIL framework — ensuring security, process optimization, and greater operational efficiency. **At Visotech, innovation is the foundation for developing solutions that empower businesses and make a difference in the corporate world.** **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor **accounts payable** processes, ensuring accurate recording, scheduling, and control of payments, as well as compliance with company financial deadlines and policies; * Perform and monitor **accounts receivable** routines, including issuing invoices, sending payment reminders, tracking delinquency, and reconciling receipts; * Conduct **bank reconciliations**, ensuring consistency among bank statements, financial transactions, and system records; * Prepare and monitor both **projected and actual cash flow**, contributing analyses to support financial decision-making; * Issue and verify **invoices for products and services**, ensuring compliance with tax and fiscal regulations; * Organize and maintain up-to-date **financial and tax documentation**, ensuring control, traceability, and easy access to information; * Serve as the **primary point of contact for accounting**, providing necessary data, reports, and documents for accounting and tax closings; * Prepare **financial reports and performance indicator analyses**, supporting monitoring of the company’s financial performance; * Identify **opportunities to improve financial processes**, proposing adjustments and optimizations to departmental routines; * Support the use and enhancement of **financial systems and ERPs (e.g., OMIE)**, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience using the OMIE system. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. * Postgraduate qualification in finance (preferred). * Experience in contract analysis and management (preferred). * Experience in HR payroll routines (preferred). **Diversity matters (a lot)!** At **Visotech**, everyone is welcome!
