Job Summary: Edelman is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee budgetary control, revenue closing, financial analysis, and team management, with a focus on profitability and auditing. We have a new opening for a Senior Finance Manager at our São Paulo office. Currently, we operate in a hybrid model — 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Your Career at Edelman Edelman Latin America Review the scope and requirements of this position below: **Responsibilities:** * Budgetary control and management; * Revenue closing; * Pricing definition and financial analysis; * Supervision of financial activities (accounts payable and receivable); * Detailed profitability analysis by customer; * Review and critical analysis of contracts; * Support in the audit process (interface with Controller’s Office); * Management of direct reports (leadership of a small team); * Forecast management; Negotiations with customers and suppliers. * **Requirements:** * Advanced student or graduate in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies or accounting firms; * Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); * Experience using ERP systems. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal/food allowance (flexible card); * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub / Gympass; * TotalPass; * Calm wellness app; * SESC membership; * Formal performance and career evaluation; * Birthday Day Off.
