If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Serve as the technical reference for the squad, guiding design decisions, promoting best practices, and ensuring delivery quality. Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and foster the team's technical growth; * Participate in defining and evolving complex systems, contributing to technical decisions, implementing scalable solutions, and continuously improving performance and quality. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in building and sustaining applications; * Develop and maintain applications in cloud environments using Docker and AWS. Work on building and evolving CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality, automation, and reliability in deployment processes; * Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams — presenting trade-offs, defending technical decisions, and translating complexity into business language; * Research and evaluate emerging technologies, design patterns, and industry practices, proposing adoptions that deliver real value to the product and the team. * Support business areas with technical analyses, solution feasibility assessments, and effort estimations to inform strategic decisions. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience as a tech lead or software architect, with direct involvement in technical leadership of teams; * Solid experience in web development using C#; * Hands-on experience with architecture and deployment in cloud environments; * Experience with Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL databases, and message queues; * Proficiency in software design patterns and architecture; * Experience developing high-performance software; * Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend technical ideas to diverse audiences; * Experience with at least one additional programming language: Node, Python, and/or Java; * Experience with Git, version control, and familiarity with Gitflow and branching strategies. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical certifications in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP; * Fluent or advanced English; * Solid experience in DevOps automation, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps; * Knowledge of mobile development with Flutter.
