We develop proprietary solutions for contract management, loan simulations, bank integrations, and process automation — always driven by results. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain the company's core system (CRM + credit platform) * Integrate bank and financial partner APIs * Evolve Node.js microservices for queries and processing * Ensure code quality through PR reviews and SonarQube analysis * Deliver consistently even under high-demand scenarios and tight deadlines Requirements * PHP (advanced) — primary backend language * JavaScript / Node.js and TypeScript * SQL Server (T-SQL) * Git / GitHub — PR and branch workflows * Experience with REST/SOAP integrations * Active use of AI in development (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) — here the tool is not optional; it is part of the job * Availability for 100% on-site work in Santo André, SP Nice-to-Haves * Delivery- and results-oriented mindset What We Value in Candidates * Resilience and focus in dynamic, high-demand environments * Autonomy and accountability for one's own outcomes * Owner mindset: deliver what you promise, learn quickly, and evolve without waiting to be pushed Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
