Requirements analysis and definition Participates in team meetings to understand, discuss, and distribute tasks, defining execution order based on requester priorities Conducts technical analysis based on requirements Seeks additional information from support when necessary to fully understand requirements Development and testing Implements Delphi-based solutions according to the analysis Ensures compliance with business rules and programming best practices Performs tests and simulations to validate correct functionality Delivery and validation Compiles test versions and forwards them to the validation team Ensures deliveries are properly versioned and documented Technical support Assists support staff with questions regarding system processes and routines Contributes to the creation of custom reports per client requests Performs other job-related duties as required by the team 2512230202491655890
