The client has already completed a comprehensive architectural assessment, including diagnosis of the current state, definition of a future vision, and a modernization roadmap. The next step is to translate this plan into practical execution. The professional will work directly in the **Software Architecture / Solutions Architecture** area, supporting the client in evolving their technological ecosystem. Responsibilities include understanding the current environment, participating in technical decisions, supporting standard definition, guiding development teams, and contributing to the gradual migration of components to more modern technologies—all while respecting business criticality and the complexity of large-scale operations. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading Communities of Practice for data architecture and modeling, promoting standards, best practices, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement of internal team competencies; * Managing processes, standards, and best practices for data architecture and modeling across transactional and analytical environments, ensuring consistency and quality of implemented solutions; * Managing the lifecycle of tools supporting data architecture and modeling activities; * Creating content and training internal teams on adopting data architecture and modeling standards and best practices, and on using related tools; * Supporting development teams in designing data models, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices, and introducing new techniques where necessary; * Defining data architecture and managing master data modeling; * Contributing to physical database design and application tuning activities, ensuring performance and optimization of solutions; * Managing the information portfolio—including artifacts such as the Corporate Conceptual Data Model (CCDM), information flows, and application CRUD matrices; * Managing the evolution of data architecture—covering topics such as data strategy, data governance, information security, data integration, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, NoSQL databases, data catalog, and data analytics platforms; * Performing other tasks related to those described above, as directed by your supervisor, as well as any tasks necessary for the development and optimal performance of your responsibilities or your team. **What you need to have:** **Skills and Experience** * Data modeling * Data modeling and model versioning tools * Development of Corporate Conceptual Data Models (CCDM) * Programming languages * Architecture of relational and non-relational databases, data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms * Creation of process documentation, reference documentation, and training materials * Delivery of training sessions * Data governance * Information security * LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). **Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields * Postgraduate degree preferred in one of the following areas: Software Engineering and Architecture, Database Administration, Data Analysis and Science, or Business Management.**Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity * Customer focus * Self-development * Openness to sharing ideas and experiences * Interpersonal relationship skills * Leadership * Conflict resolution and consensus building * Team spirit and service orientation * Discipline in task execution. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Significant advantage will be given to candidates with experience in highly complex environments—particularly in enterprises operating numerous systems, mission-critical processes, and heavy technological dependency for operational sustainability.
