We focus on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective electromechanical maintenance on heavy equipment. Conduct precise diagnostics of failures in mechanical, high-pressure hydraulic, and electrical systems. Carry out complex repairs on diesel engines, transmission systems, brake assemblies, and steering mechanisms. Interpret international technical manuals, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics to troubleshoot problems. Replace structural components and worn-out systems, ensuring proper calibration after intervention. Perform functional and load tests after maintenance to validate operational safety. Record all interventions, part replacements, and working hours in technical reports, service orders, and the management system. Maintain specialized tools, diagnostic scanners, and workshop/field organization. Comply with safety standards and technical procedures. Previous experience as an Electromechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Electrician, or Electromechanical Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position.
