Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and optimizing contracts, maintaining relationships with customers and terminals, and preparing managerial reports to support decision-making. Preparation of managerial reports for senior leadership and customers. Description: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Advanced Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate Power BI; * Prior experience in commercial roles, including interaction with internal and external customers; * Knowledge of financial indicators. Responsibilities: * Monitor actual volumes through internal controls to ensure compliance with contractual terms; * Maintain customer relationships via official communication channels to guarantee the desired service level; * Maintain relationships with origin and destination terminals to ensure expected productivity; * Calculate penalties based on contractually negotiated conditions, ensuring fulfillment of mutual commitments; * Plan and monitor loading/unloading schedules to support decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction; * Consolidate reports for sharing with customers and internal departments to improve contract performance; * Conduct periodic meetings with customers to keep them updated on current scenarios and risks; * Perform field visits for continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring of key projects; * Prepare managerial materials for executive management and the board regarding contractual execution; * Serve as the primary interface with internal departments for decision-making aimed at achieving customer service levels. 2512180202551882522
