The team owns the "heart" of marketing—focusing on backend operations that ensure lead-generated events are rapidly available for segmentation. The primary challenge is guaranteeing low latency, data consistency, and high availability at massive scale—with data accessible within five minutes. We seek professionals experienced in distributed systems, data streaming, and analytical databases such as Elasticsearch or ClickHouse, going beyond traditional CRUD operations. **Your key deliverables:** * Develop and enhance scalable, tested, high-quality backend services delivered on time; * Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation—including architecture, APIs, and integrations; * Contribute meaningfully to refactoring and modernization of legacy systems; * Implement CI/CD pipelines and observability practices for critical services; * Support technical planning for squads and mentor junior developers. **Profile we seek:** * Solid experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development; * Advanced knowledge of distributed systems and data streaming, including messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar); * Experience with analytical databases (Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, or similar) and transactional databases (SQL or NoSQL); * Practice in unit and integration testing; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Sentry, Prometheus); * Experience in platform teams, system maintenance, or migration of complex systems; * Knowledge of Kubernetes; * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Experience in highly scalable and technologically innovative projects. **Recruitment process stages:** * Application \- Submission of application; * Mindsight – Work style assessment; * Talent Acquisition \- Competency-based interview with recruitment team; * Technical Challenge – Technical skills assessment; * Technical Interview \- Technical discussion regarding role requirements; * Final Interview \- Final alignment conversation with management; * BP Interview \- Discussion with Business Partner about culture and values; * Offer \- Final stage of the recruitment process, including job offer presentation.
