Job Summary: A professional to develop and maintain digital solutions for payment systems, with a focus on innovation, high availability, and performance optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as a technical reference, supporting the team, and promoting best practices. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT The **Digital Payment Systems and Customer Support** area is responsible for developing and maintaining digital solutions that support payment instruments, such as Pix, acquiring services, card issuance and processing, as well as customer support solutions. It works with mobile and web applications, gateways, and chatbots, using various technologies and architectures within an agile, collaborative, and innovation-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and enhance services and features, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of solutions; * Contribute to defining and evolving microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, and adherence to software engineering best practices; * Develop solutions using Node.js, applying design patterns and principles of clean, maintainable code; * Develop and maintain system integrations via APIs and messaging (IBM MQ, Kafka or similar); * Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying bottlenecks and improving processing efficiency and data access; * Design and implement data persistence solutions in relational and non-relational databases; * Implement caching mechanisms to optimize performance and reduce load on transactional systems; * Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement of solution quality; * Ensure solution security by protecting data, validating inputs, and ensuring reliable integrations; * Investigate and resolve complex incidents, contributing root cause analysis and preventive actions; * Contribute to enhancing application monitoring, logging, and metrics; * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers in problem resolution and dissemination of best practices; * Participate in evolving Pix-related solutions, meeting new regulatory and transactional requirements; * Author and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including architecture and integrations . **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Proficiency in Java programming language; * Familiarity with Java EE specifications; * Knowledge of Node.js and Angular; * Familiarity with messaging systems (IBM MQ, Kafka or RabbitMQ); * Knowledge of containers (Docker) and orchestration; * Understanding of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD); * Knowledge of UML modeling; * Experience with JavaScript frameworks; * Understanding of REST architecture and API usage; * Knowledge of relational databases (preferably DB2\); * Knowledge of non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB); * Proficiency in standard ANSI SQL; * Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN or similar); * Experience with agile methodologies. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or similar); * Familiarity with SRE practices and observability; * Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana and/or Kibana); * Understanding of the Brazilian Financial System. **Benefits:** Childcare/Babysitting Allowance, Undergraduate and Graduate Study Grants, Christmas Basket, Year-End Day Off, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave, Annual Profit Sharing, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Multi-Sponsored Private Pension Plan, Soft and Hard Skills Development Program, Internal Mobility Program – Internal Opportunity Matching, Well-Being Program, Life Insurance, Sicoob Corporate University, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance (optional), Wellhub
