This is how Localiza\&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a candidate with solid experience in **mobile development**, a focus on quality and technical autonomy, and who uses **Artificial Intelligence as part of their daily development workflow.** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid production experience with native Android (Kotlin); * Proficiency in modern architectures such as MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, or similar; * Advanced knowledge of Coroutines for asynchronous operations; * Experience with dependency injection (Dagger or Koin); * Consistent writing of unit and instrumented tests; * Strong command of the Jetpack ecosystem (ViewModel, Navigation, Room); * Practical experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern UIs; * Ability to analyze and optimize performance, memory usage, and resource consumption; * Frequent use of AI as a code assistant (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.); * Critical ability to evaluate, adapt, and validate AI-generated suggestions; * Interest in or experience with more advanced AI applications; * Concepts such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar; * Strong experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs; * Best practices in versioning, security, and resilience when consuming services; * Experience with CI/CD for mobile, quality gates, and static analysis (e.g., Sonar); * Experience with mobile monitoring (crashes, logs, performance); * Experience with cross-platform apps, especially Flutter or React Native; * Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (e.g., UXCAM); * Familiarity with backend architecture and cloud concepts (AWS/Azure) for better platform integration. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF THIS POSITION** * Profit Sharing * Company Car * Meal Allowance * Food Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Gympass * Private Pension * Remote Work Allowance * Allya * Unlimited access to various courses from our Localiza University * Internal training and development programs * Discounts on vehicle purchase and rental **Experience being Localiza\&Co—and help us build the future of mobility!** We are one of the **largest and most comprehensive mobility platforms worldwide**, bringing together diverse innovative and efficient solutions.
