Data Engineering for AI and complex automation ### **About the Position** We are looking for a **Mid-to-Senior AI Automation Developer**, passionate about intelligent agents and automation with LLMs. Your mission will be to transform how we operate, using **LangFlow** as the primary platform to design, build, and evolve end-to-end *agentic* solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Agent Development:** Build agent and automation workflows and pipelines using LangFlow. * **Technical Customization:** Create custom Python components to meet specific AI workflow requirements. * **LLM Orchestration:** Configure multiple language models (LLMs) according to context and stage-specific needs. * **AI Data Engineering:** Implement **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)** pipelines, leveraging vector search, embeddings, and knowledge databases. * **Complex Automation:** Develop multi\-step workflow logic, including loops, agent memory, and robust conditionals. * **Integration:** Connect agents to internal and external systems via APIs, webhooks, and CRMs. * **Business Acumen:** Collaborate across teams to translate operational requirements into practical automation solutions. * **Maintenance and Quality:** Ensure solution robustness through error handling, performance monitoring, and implementation of *Human\-in\-the\-Loop* checkpoints (human validation). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Proficiency in Python:** Ability to write scripts, build custom components, and implement robust integrations. * **Experience with LangFlow:** Hands-on experience orchestrating agent workflows on LangFlow (or similar LLM orchestration tools). * **Knowledge of Language Models:** Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent memory. * **Integration Architecture:** Solid experience consuming and building REST APIs and webhooks. * **Databases:** Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and conventional databases. * **Programming Logic:** Experience with complex conditional logic and process automation. **Additional Information** * **Results-Oriented:** Direct involvement in a high-impact project for the commercial and hunting teams. * **Modern Tech Stack:** Intensive use of generative AI applied to real-world productivity. * **Culture of Evolution:** Space for experimentation, testing new models, and continuously improving agents.
