And you can be part of this team. **Responsibilities:** * Replace, clean, and lubricate parts; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on the fleet; * Install parts under the guidance of the fleet supervisor/maintenance manager; * Replace engine, differential, auxiliary, and transmission oils for the fleet, where applicable; * Lubricate fleet parts and components, where applicable; * Operate forklifts to move parts; * Perform touch-up painting on the fleet using brushes; * Clean the workshop area and perform other related duties. **Compensation:** * Competitive salary (commensurate with candidate's experience); * Hazard pay: 40% * Meal allowance (VA) * Transportation assistance * Food basket **Requirements:** * Proven experience in maintaining heavy vehicles (trucks, concrete mixers, etc.) * Knowledge of mechanical systems: engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, suspension, and steering * Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance * Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Familiarity with automotive electrical systems (starter motors, alternators, wiring harnesses) * Ability to diagnose mechanical failures * Availability for overtime as required by operational demand * Must reside in the region. **You will stand out if you have:** * Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics or related fields * Experience with heavy-duty fleets (especially concrete mixers or construction equipment) * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals * Experience with advanced diagnostics (even without a scanner) * Experience in high-demand corrective maintenance environments * Driver's license category C or higher * Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency.
