Support for monthly and annual closings, with cross-departmental integration LigaJobs is exclusively assisting a renowned construction company active in various types of public works projects across the northern zone of São Paulo/SP in recruiting a **Senior Accounting Analyst**, under the terms and profile described below: **Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting and tax reconciliations for all balance sheet and income statement accounts; * Conduct payroll and social contribution reconciliations, ensuring accurate linkage among payroll, accounting, and cost centers per project; * Prepare and review financial and management statements (trial balances, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and analytical reports); * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations: ECD, ECF; * Support monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring integrity of accounting and tax information; * Collaborate closely with tax and finance departments to promote integration among cost centers, projects, and branches; **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Accounting Sciences or Technical Accounting qualification. * Prior experience in accounting routines within companies in the construction industry (construction firms and/or real estate developers). * Experience with the Sienge system. * Experience in calculating Direct Taxes (PIS/COFINS/CSLL/IRPJ) under Real Profit / Presumed Profit regimes. * Experience with ancillary declarations (ECD / ECF). * Participation in the implementation/internalization of the accounting department is a plus. * Intermediate / advanced Excel skills. **Employment Conditions:** * CLT employment contract. * Fully on-site position. * Benefits \- Meal Allowance R$ 28.05 per day, Food Allowance R$ 168.33, Assistance R$ 100.00, Transportation Voucher, Dental Insurance, and Life Insurance. * On-site work at the office located in the northern zone, Água Fria region, São Paulo/SP. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications:* Accounting, Technical Course * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance
