




Job Summary: Functional and technical Oracle RFM expert to lead analyses, ensure fiscal compliance, and propose improvements to processes and integrations. Key Highlights: 1. Act as a functional and technical expert in Oracle RFM. 2. Ensure integrity and compliance of electronic fiscal documents. 3. Conduct diagnostics and propose improvements to fiscal workflows. Technical Requirements: * Solid experience with Oracle Retail Fiscal Management (RFM). * In-depth knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, ST). * Strong expertise in SQL and fiscal data analysis. * Experience with SPED Fiscal, Contributions, and ancillary obligations. * Experience in high-volume retail transactional environments. * Experience in integration projects between fiscal systems and ERP. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Oracle Retail Cloud (RMS, ReSA, SIM). * Experience with fiscal messaging tools (middleware). * Oracle certifications or specializations in fiscal management. * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban). **Main Responsibilities:** * Act as a functional and technical expert in Oracle RFM, leading analyses and solutions for complex fiscal processes. * Ensure the integrity and compliance of electronic fiscal documents (NF\-e, NFC\-e, SAT, etc.). Conduct diagnostics and propose improvements to fiscal workflows and integrations with ERP and POS systems. * Support internal and external audits with fiscal information and evidence. * Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation, assessing systemic impacts. * Document procedures, solutions, and lessons learned. * Support integrated testing and user acceptance testing with key users. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
