We are looking for someone passionate about turning raw data into business intelligence to join the **Wise Sales** team! If you master the triad of Python, SQL, and Power BI, and have experience building scalable pipelines on AWS, this role is for you: Here, you will have autonomy to evolve data models, optimize ETL processes, and ensure our analytics layer sets the benchmark for performance and security: * Engineering & Modeling: Evolve data models in PostgreSQL and implement analytical layers focused on performance and maintainability; * ETL Pipelines: Optimize ingestion and transformation modules, ensuring observability and error handling in critical flows; * Strategic Power BI: Build complex semantic models, implement DAX logic, and ensure governance (RLS and versioning); * Cloud Infrastructure: Maintain and evolve workers on AWS, contributing to deployments in staging and production environments; * Team Culture: Participate in code reviews and technical roadmap decisions alongside leadership. Our Tech Stack: * Languages/Tools: Python, Jupyter, Git; * Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB; * BI: Power BI (DAX, Tabular Modeling); * Cloud & Deployment: AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3), Serverless Framework; * Innovation: OpenAI API for data enrichment. Requirements: * Python: Proficiency in data manipulation and modular coding; * SQL (PostgreSQL): Advanced experience (window functions, CTEs, index and execution plan optimization); * ETL: Experience using Jupyter for programmatic notebook execution; * Power BI: Tabular modeling, advanced DAX, and RLS policies; * Cloud: Practical experience with serverless architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Version Control: Git (branching strategies and code review). Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience with Serverless Framework (SAM or CDK); * Hands-on experience with MongoDB in high-volume environments; * Use of LLMs (OpenAI API) for data enrichment; * Knowledge of Fuzzy Matching and Record Linkage algorithms; * Orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or similar).
