For a defined project, we seek a **service-providing legal entity (PJ)** with technical experience aligned with the scope described below, for results-driven engagement and pre-agreed deliverables. ### **Project Context** A project for a banking-sector client focused on three core areas: Landing Zone/Infrastructure, Databases, and Observability/Monitoring. Requirements involve critical, high-availability environments. We seek a Senior SRE consultant service provider with strong hands-on experience in banking environments and end-to-end observability solution implementation across hybrid environments (on\-premises, AWS, and GCP). The role demands a highly consultative and hands\-on profile, responsible for technical execution of the defined strategy, tool implementation, and operational model stabilization. ### **Scope of Service Provision** Service provision shall include, non-exclusively: ### **Observability Environment Implementation** * Deployment and configuration of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools. * Development of executive and technical dashboards. * Definition and implementation of intelligent, proactive alerts. * Integration with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments. ### **Reliability and Sustainment** * Definition and tracking of SLIs/SLOs. * Support for critical incident management and post\-mortem preparation. * Reduction of toil through automation. * Support for continuous improvement of banking system reliability. ### **Hybrid Environment** * Integration of metrics and logs across on\-premises, AWS, and GCP. * Configuration of infrastructure, application, and database monitoring. * Technical governance support for the observability platform. Activities will be performed with technical and operational autonomy, respecting the agreed scope, timelines, and acceptance criteria. ### **Professional Profile Aligned with the Project** This project aligns with professionals experienced in: * AWS (CloudWatch, EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC). * GCP (Cloud Monitoring, GKE, Logging). * Observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Splunk). * Kubernetes and containers. * Automation (Terraform, Python/Shell scripting). * Database knowledge and performance monitoring. * SRE practices and ITIL. ### **Banking Sector Experience** * Work in critical, high-availability environments. * Experience with transactional systems and financial integrations. * Leading operational improvements in regulated environments. * Experience in audit and compliance contexts. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Consultative and results-oriented profile. * Proactivity in identifying operational risks. * Ability to operate under high criticality and pressure. * Strong collaboration with Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, and Development teams. ### **Work Model** * Modality: **3 days onsite at the bank in the Itaim Bibi region and 2 days remote.** * Ad-hoc alignment sessions as required by the project, without working-hour control. ### **Contract Model** * Regime: Legal Entity (PJ) * Engagement Type: Service Provision * Estimated Commitment: Per deliverable * Project Duration: 10 months Service provision does not establish an employment relationship, subordination, habitual engagement, or exclusivity, and is governed by a specific contract between the parties. **Privacy** By submitting an application, I acknowledge that I have read and understood e\-Core's Privacy Policy.
