You will act as a prospecting agent (SDR), identifying potential customers in the market who may be interested in the software solutions offered by the companies served by PROSPECTA. **What we are looking for** * People passionate about customer service, sales, and technology; * Results-driven individuals eager to grow; * Communicative people; * Basic knowledge of technology. * A well-prepared environment to work and focus **Requirements** * Proven experience in market prospecting * Experience in ACTIVE prospecting (we do not provide marketing-generated leads) * Minimum 12 months of experience working as an SDR * Strong technology knowledge * Proven expertise in: Spin Selling and Rapport **Schedule**: Monday to Friday — **8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM;** **Work mode**: Remote **Education**: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; **Experience**: 12 months to 4 years (categorized as Junior | Mid-level and Senior); * 12 to 24 months = Junior | Lower targets and proportionally scaled incentives. * 25 to 40 months = Mid-level | Moderate targets and proportionally scaled incentives. * Over 40 months = Senior | Higher targets and proportionally scaled incentives.
