Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Salesforce specialist to design, configure, develop, and implement solutions, as well as manage integrations and provide technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and optimization of platform stability We are looking for a qualified Salesforce specialist with 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Salesforce platform management, customization, and optimization, and must be fluent in both English and Portuguese. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Designing, configuring, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions—including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and reports—to meet business requirements. **Managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and ensuring continuous data flow.** * Providing technical expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security configurations, and data governance. * Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions. * Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability. * Training end users and creating documentation to support adoption and efficient use of Salesforce features. Staying up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements. **What you need to join us:** * Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with clients and teams across different regions. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce specialist or similar role, with specialized knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. * Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred). * Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar). * Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. **Nice-to-haves:** * Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Pardot. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. **Work Model:** * Hybrid (3 days per week) – Pinheiros * CLT R$15.000,00 + Benefits Experience: * Salesforce (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid remote for São Paulo, SP
