With at least 5 years of proven experience, you will work on complex app architectures (e.g., POS systems, fiscal coupons), performance optimizations, and technical mentoring. This role is ideal for those proficient in modern Kotlin and eager to impact scalable products within an agile environment. * Design and implement MVVM architecture using Koin, Jetpack Compose, and dynamic modularization. * Develop advanced integrations (Retrofit, SOAP/REST web services, Firebase, push notifications). * Optimize performance and analyze bottlenecks. * Ensure offline-first capability using Room, WorkManager, and caching/synchronization strategies. * Lead code reviews, refactorings, and migrations (e.g., XML to Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform). * Implement security (biometrics, encryption, certificates) and accessibility (Material 3\). * Mentor junior/mid-level developers, define standards, and contribute to mobile CI/CD (Gradle). * Monitor crashes using Crashlytics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 5\+ years of native Android development with advanced Kotlin. * Proficiency in Jetpack components (Compose, ViewModel, Navigation, Coroutines/Flow). * Real-world integration experience (fiscal APIs/NF\-e, POS systems, payments). * Proven architecture expertise (Clean Architecture/MVVM) and automated testing. * Published apps on Google Play Store and optimizations across diverse devices. **Desirable Requirements** * Kotlin for logic sharing. * Experience with Firebase and advanced security (OAuth, certificates). **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
