Opportunities for personal development and continuous training **Full Job Description** **Farmácia Vivenda is looking for a sales professional experienced in Compounding Pharmacy—dedicated, committed, and ready to join our team.** **If you are passionate about helping others, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in sales, this is the ideal opportunity for you!** **Responsibilities** * Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience. * Assist customers in locating products and clarifying questions about medications and health-related products, providing accurate and safe information to promote health and well-being. * Handle prescriptions via WhatsApp, in-person visits, and phone calls—including all quotations and sales entered into the company's standard system. * Sell pharmacy-branded products as well as third-party resale items. * Achieve established sales targets. **Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient typing skills and familiarity with computerized systems. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team while maintaining composure and efficiency. * Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical and health products (desirable but not mandatory). * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma completed; Experience in compounding pharmacy is a plus. **Benefits** * Competitive salary, remuneration, and bonuses for achieving targets. * Collaborative and inclusive work environment. * Continuous training and opportunities for personal development. * Additional benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, and dental plan.
