That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a Senior Developer in the Human Resources and Payroll systems modernization program, participating in the development and evolution of solutions comprising the ATRH project, with focus on the new version of RH24 Horas, the evolution of other corporate systems, and the implementation of integrations between systems; * The professional will be responsible for developing new functionalities, evolving application architecture, building and maintaining APIs, integrating with corporate systems, and providing technical support for platform modernization initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT; * Minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience; * Experience in Java 25 development; * Experience in Spring Boot 3 development; * Experience in RESTful API development; * Experience in Front\-end development with Angular 22; * Experience in Jasper Reports development; * Experience in unit test development. * Docker usage; * Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture and Clean Architecture; * Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle) and SQL Server development; * Knowledge of relational database modeling and development; * Experience and knowledge of system integrations; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); GIT; * Knowledge of HR systems **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of Java 5 with JSP; * Knowledge of ERGON TECHNE, Ronda Ponto systems; * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar); * Experience in integrations with HR systems; * Knowledge of automated software testing; * Development with Oracle Forms and Reports. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (with 7.5% payroll deduction); * Life Insurance; * Benefits Club; * Daycare Assistance \- per collective bargaining agreement; * CLT employment contract; * 100% remote work.
