Leadership and management of the project team REPORTING, COSTS AND ASSETS COORDINATOR \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- \- KEY EXPECTED DELIVERABLES •All deliverables specified in the requirements document are provided within the Quality/Cost/Time framework. •The project methodology (standard and Michelin) is followed (project sheet, milestone checklist, governance, budgetary protocol, etc.). •Project team management complies with the Michelin Manager’s Guide and the Cross-functional Management Operating Mode (see MOP_0405_DGP). •Change management is implemented and delivers expected results.
