System integration via APIs, webhooks, triggers, and native connectors in Zapier and Make. Building automation workflows with conditional logic, data manipulation, and orchestration across multiple applications. Strategies for error handling, monitoring, and governance of automated workflows. Practical use cases of integration between corporate systems and SaaS applications. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Postgraduate degree (lato or stricto sensu)—Specialization, Master’s, or Doctorate—in the discipline’s field*. * Familiarity with Google Docs and/or Word. * Organizational skills, time management, and clarity in writing. * Prior experience in producing books or educational materials will be considered an advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, Management Processes, or related fields.
