Regional Supervisor

Description

* Supervise the activities of stores within your sector, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable improvement of performance indicators; * Monitor and ensure excellence in customer and consumer service; * Train, guide, and develop employees, fostering a continuous learning environment; * Ensure compliance with internal processes related to various company departments; * Maintain team members' personal appearance and professional conduct (uniforms, ID badges, hygiene, and internal policies); * Plan, organize, and reallocate employees according to operational needs; * Track team goals and results, presenting performance indicators and outcomes to management; * Collaborate with the finance department to resolve operational discrepancies; * Negotiate with the procurement department regarding product display and organization in stores; * Conduct periodic team meetings and support the integration of new employees; * Monitor competitors' actions and identify opportunities for improvement; * Promote service quality and customer satisfaction; * Participate in recruitment and selection processes, recommending candidates for open positions; * Evaluate team performance jointly with leadership; * Supervise work schedules and staffing charts for stores; * Guide the team toward optimizing time, resources, and productivity; * Motivate employees to continuously improve results; * Maintain contact with the logistics department for delivery and receipt scheduling; * Define team roles and responsibilities in the workplace; * Negotiate incentive programs and recognition initiatives with senior management. **Requirements** * Prior experience supervising teams and store operations; * Leadership, organizational, and people management skills; * Strong communication and negotiation abilities; * Results-oriented mindset and focus on customer service; * Knowledge of performance indicators and operational routines.
