**Industrial Electrician Assembler – Control Panels and Equipment** THL operates in the development and manufacturing of laboratory and industrial equipment, focusing on technical standardization, assembly quality, and operational reliability. We are seeking a professional to perform electrical assembly of industrial equipment, with a technical, organized, and execution-standard-oriented profile. **Key Responsibilities** Perform electrical assembly on control panels and industrial equipment; Route, identify, and technically organize electrical cables and harnesses; Install and connect electrical components such as controllers, sensors, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and indicators; Interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation; Conduct electrical tests and functional verification on equipment; Support electromechanical integrations and refrigeration systems; Follow internal assembly, finishing, and electrical identification standards; Maintain workplace organization according to the 5S methodology; Ensure cleanliness, proper maintenance of tools, and technical organization of the work environment; Comply with safety regulations and company internal procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** Completed high school education; Knowledge of industrial electricity; Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical diagrams; Basic knowledge of electrical control systems; Ability to perform assemblies according to technical standards; Organization, discipline, and attention to detail; Ability to work effectively in a team; Commitment to organization and the 5S methodology. **Preferred Qualifications** Technical course in electricity, electrotechnology, automation, or related fields; Experience assembling industrial control panels; Practical experience with industrial, laboratory, or automation equipment; Knowledge of electrical identification, harness organization, and technical assembly finishing. **Desired Profile** We seek a technical, meticulous, and disciplined professional capable of following processes, maintaining assembly standards, and taking responsibility for quality and organization. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary commensurate with the position; * Meal allowance: BRL 500.00/month; * Transportation allowance; * Special Christmas bonus (per collective agreement); * PLR – Profit Sharing Program; * CLT employment registration with all rights under the Metalworkers’ Collective Bargaining Agreement; * TotalPass; * 24-hour telemedicine. **Growth Opportunities** At THL, we value committed, organized professionals who contribute to the company’s growth.
