Work Model: CLT \- Hybrid Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Position Summary:** We seek a Recruitment & Selection (R&S) Assistant with an analytical, structured profile and strong interview facilitation skills. The role involves conducting screenings and interviews, and performing KPI analysis — ensuring accuracy and alignment with company culture. **Responsibilities:** Conduct structured interviews focused on competencies for operational, technical, mid-level, and senior positions; Support analysis of departmental KPIs (e.g., average time-to-hire, SLA, talent funnel); Maintain and monitor the R&S system; Collaborate with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles; Contribute to improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience; Perform activities related to Human Development & Organization (DHO). **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields; Experience conducting competency-based interviews and job screenings; Experience facilitating onboarding; Proficiency with recruitment systems (ATS) and Excel. **What We Offer:** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Meal Voucher; Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Total Pass; Does this opportunity resonate with you?
