**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Responsibilities**
Conduct quality audits on products and production processes
Inspect parts and components according to technical standards and established specifications;
Monitor performance indicators and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards;
Identify and analyze abnormalities in the production process, contributing to continuous improvement;
Support analysis and resolution of failures;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**What We Seek**
Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields);
Completed technical education (a plus);
Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, 5S);
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus;
Basic/intermediate English proficiency is desirable;
Desirable: training or knowledge in IATF quality auditing
