Collaborate with development and product teams Description: Teddy is looking for a QA Lead to lead our quality team, ensuring product excellence and alignment with company objectives. We seek someone with strong technical expertise in automation (Web, Mobile, and APIs) and leadership experience, who is eager to enhance processes, mentor the team, and collaborate effectively across departments. Responsibilities: * Lead the QA team, promoting best practices in people management and ensuring alignment with company goals. * Plan, design, and implement automated and manual testing strategies to ensure high product quality. * Review and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies, aligning them with industry standards. * Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to identify and mitigate quality-related risks. * Analyze team performance metrics and ensure timely and efficient deliveries. * Manage regression, performance, security, and usability testing. * Train and mentor the QA team Requirements: * Solid experience in QA and leading technical teams. * Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks. * Automation for Web, Mobile, and API applications using Python (Robot Framework), Ruby, Cypress, and Java, with Selenium for web and Appium for mobile. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Interpersonal skills for mentoring and team development. * Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
