




Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to work during the night shift, performing pre-preparation, plating of dishes, kitchen organization and sanitation, and ingredient inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pre-preparation and sanitation of ingredients. 2. Assistance in preparing and assembling appetizers, main courses, and desserts. 3. Ensuring organization and cleanliness of the kitchen area. **Kitchen Assistant (Night Shift)** ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Adhere to cohabitation rules, respecting kitchen hierarchy and internal regulations; * Perform cutting and washing of products required for order cooking; * Organize kitchen materials and ingredients; * Assist in pre\-preparation and sanitation of ingredients (cutting, thawing, cooking, portioning, general kitchen mise en place); * Assist in preparing and assembling appetizers, main courses, and desserts; * Ensure the kitchen area remains organized and clean, in accordance with food handling good practices; * Maintain confidentiality of recipes and technical sheets detailing preparation methods; * Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management; * Assist in ingredient counting for inventory management; * Promote product sanitation according to health surveillance regulations. ***Technical Competencies:*** * Operation of kitchen equipment; * Basic knowledge of dish plating; * Fundamental knowledge of cutting and cooking techniques.
