Job Summary: QA professional focused on test automation, data validation, and system modernization, collaborating to ensure delivery quality in cloud environments. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with development, architecture, and business teams . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure functional and technical quality of modernized solutions, with emphasis on test automation; * Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for backend and frontend applications; * Validate functionalities, integrations, and business flows after system modernization; * Conduct API and interface testing, ensuring consistency and reliability of deliveries; * Support quality strategy from the early stages of development (shift\-left); * Contribute to defining and evolving QA practices within the project; * Perform validation of migrated data, ensuring integrity, traceability, and compliance; * Support testing related to modernization of legacy systems to cloud\-native architecture; * Validate integrations with cloud-based services and components; * Identify, log, and track defects to resolution; * Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) with focus on automated testing; * Experience creating and executing automated tests; * Experience with API testing and system integration testing; * Experience with frontend (web) testing; * Knowledge of quality strategies such as shift\-left testing; * Experience validating data and consistency in distributed systems; * Experience in legacy system modernization or migration projects; * Basic knowledge of modern system architecture (APIs, microservices); * Experience with test automation tools; * Strong analytical skills for designing test scenarios and identifying defects; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Proactive, organized, and quality-oriented profile. * Desirable: Experience with cloud environments (especially AWS); Experience modernizing legacy systems (e.g., COBOL to modern languages); Experience validating large volumes of data; Knowledge of testing applied to conversational agents or AI-based solutions; Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements (e.g., LGPD). **Additional Information** \#remote Compass UOL is a global firm and part of the AI Revolution Company, together transforming organizations using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and other of today’s most advanced technologies.
