Project Interns receive training on implementing, maintaining, and scaling a strategic program (e.g., Programa e Poupe, Offers, Prime). You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to learn how to enhance a program’s offering and its benefits to our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will help monitor and report on program performance, benchmark against competitors and other markets to identify innovation opportunities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and present findings to senior leaders. As an intern, you will be supported by a manager and a mentor. In addition to gaining exposure to a high-impact project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with fellow interns throughout your journey. We provide you with the tools to own your project and learn through real-world experience. Amazon operates on an in-office work model, and all employees—including interns—must work in person five days per week at our office located in the South Zone of São Paulo \- SP. Key job responsibilities Learn to build and analyze reports Learn how to define and implement business strategies Learn how to evaluate financial impact on business strategies **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation starting July/2027 * Intermediate proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) * Availability to intern for 12 months * Availability to work 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, totaling 30 hours per week, during standard business hours * Availability to work in person five days per week at Amazon’s São Paulo headquarters. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Knowledge of SQL * Fluent in spoken, written, and reading English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
