At Amazon, we are working to become the world’s most customer-centric company — and the Retail Vendor Management team is at the heart of this mission. This is where decisions shaping the shopping experience of millions of customers are made every day.
As a Business Development Intern, you will learn how to support business development and growth in practice: recommending strategies to boost sales, analyzing performance metrics, learning how to structure campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities from start to finish.
You will learn to:
* Monitor and analyze key category metrics and transform data into strategic decisions
* Develop campaigns and initiatives to drive sales, identify growth opportunities, and propose innovations that differentiate your category’s products in the market
* Plan and execute activations across Amazon’s channels — including trade events, seasonal dates, and product spotlight initiatives — to maximize exposure and conversion
* Build and nurture relationships with suppliers in your category, understand their value chain, and identify improvement opportunities from factory to customer
* Identify process optimization opportunities and propose scalable solutions with real business impact
Throughout your journey, you will be supported by a dedicated manager and mentor, gain access to high-impact projects, and join a community of interns who share learnings, challenges, and achievements. Here, you have the tools, autonomy, and support to truly learn — by doing.
