Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming and operating CNC lathes, optimizing programs, performing simulations, and collaborating with engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. CNC program creation and optimization using CAD/CAM 2. Collaboration with engineers and designers on manufacturing requirements 3. Technical support for resolving programming issues **CNC Lathe Programmer and Operator** ( Minimum 1 year of experience required ) **Base salary: R$ \- 4512.00 to 5126.00 ( please specify your expectation within this range )** **2:00 PM to 10:20 PM, Monday to Saturday** · Create and optimize CNC programs directly on the machine using CAD/CAM software to meet technical drawing specifications; · Perform program simulations and tests prior to production, adjusting as necessary to prevent errors; · Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand detailed part manufacturing requirements; · Update and maintain a CNC program database, ensuring all programs are current and accessible; · Provide technical support to CNC operators and setup personnel, resolving programming issues.
