Valmet Flow Control in Sorocaba has this opportunity for you! **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** * Develop, maintain, and adjust production scheduling and/or rescheduling, considering the order backlog, contractual deadlines, priorities, routings, productive capacity (available hours and resources), material availability, and process bottlenecks. * Print *Manufacturing Orders* (Production Orders) and technical documents, as required, for operational team execution. * Daily communication to the operational team of orders to be completed, based on available working hours. * Directly monitor critical production orders on the shop floor. * Responsible for disassembly scheduling, and for cancellation and/or closure of production orders, when required. * Generate demand and manage subcontracting processes with service providers, keeping the estimated final product completion date updated. * Maintain constant alignment and communication with Contracts/Purchasing/Warehouse/Production and Quality departments to ensure scope fulfillment. * Responsible for communicating the final product completion date to the Contracts team and performing follow-up with the production area to ensure deadline adherence. * Responsible for maintaining data accuracy within the ERP system. * Store order-related information in the PCP SharePoint folder to maintain a history of adjustments made. * Implement necessary corrective actions to ensure adherence to previously agreed deadlines, identifying, analyzing, and proposing alternatives for delayed, deviated, or constrained components arising from production bottlenecks. * Report component deviations identified during assembly to responsible departments and perform follow-up to ensure corrective actions. * Pursue continuous process improvement by contributing ideas and initiatives for enhancement and development together with the team. * Monitor, develop, and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in material planning and/or production control activities in an industrial environment.
