Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills .**Responsibilities and Duties** * Create, prioritize, and maintain an up-to-date and well-organized backlog; * Plan and manage the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy; * Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective, and backlog refinement); * Gather and validate requirements from internal and external stakeholders; * Define clear acceptance criteria and track delivery progress; * Monitor progress and quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements; * Manage expectations and ensure transparent communication across all involved areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles within agile teams. * Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and/or other agile methodologies. * Ability to prioritize based on business impact and value. * Experience in requirement analysis and documentation. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment skills. * Familiarity with roadmap and backlog tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Trello. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the logistics sector.
