And this is only the beginning. ### **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Senior Product Owner** to drive the evolution of a **payroll-deductible loan product**, focusing on process structuring, standardization, and automation. The role involves close collaboration with business and operations teams, responsible for transforming today’s decentralized and non-standardized workflows into structured, scalable, and product-oriented solutions. We seek a **hands-on, analytical profile with strong decision-making capability**, able to navigate effectively across operations, strategy, and technology. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Own the **public-sector payroll-deductible credit product** * Conduct an initial immersion in **analysis desks**, understanding workflows, variations, and specificities * Map existing processes and identify opportunities for **standardization and automation** * Structure and evolve various **analysis and approval pipelines**, including their respective statuses and rules * Translate operational and business needs into a **structured backlog for the squad** * Prioritize requests with the technology team, balancing impact and effort * Lead initiatives for **continuous improvement and product evolution** * Reduce reliance on manual processes and undocumented knowledge * Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to align priorities * Participate in team rituals and ensure smooth execution of deliverables ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a **Product Owner or Product Manager** * Experience with **complex products and/or structured operations** * Strong ability to **map processes and organize workflows** * Experience with **backlog management and prioritization** * Business-focused decision-making capability * Experience working closely with technology teams (product + engineering) * Analytical mindset oriented toward problem-solving * Strong communication and cross-functional articulation skills ### **Not mandatory but valued:** * Experience with **financial products or credit (especially payroll-deductible loans)** * Exposure to **manual operations that underwent automation** * Experience with **API-based integrations** * Experience in environments with multiple business rules * Technically proximate profile (no need to be a technical decision-maker) ### **Work Model:** * Initial on-site immersion (1–2 weeks) to understand operations * Subsequently, **predominantly remote work** * Periodic **on-site presence required in Porto Alegre (monthly or bi-monthly)** for strategic alignment and operational oversight ### **What It’s Like to Work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide daily activities.
