Would you like to join our team? **Primary Location:** Brazil (BR) \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba **Function:** Product Engineering (CA) **Title:** Product Engineer PL \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 118728 Your Responsibilities As a Product Engineer PL at John Deere’s Research and Development Center in Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for developing and continuously improving components and systems for **sprayers and planters**, directly contributing to the technological evolution of John Deere’s agricultural solutions. **Key Responsibilities:*** Design new components and systems or enhance existing items for agricultural equipment; * Develop and validate solutions involving structures, hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical assemblies; * Create and update technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation; * Conduct technical analyses, design reviews, and failure investigations; * Support the entire product development lifecycle—from concept through validation and production; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, manufacturing, supply chain, validation, etc.); * Monitor field feedback, analyze root causes, and implement improvements; * Ensure solutions meet performance, durability, safety, and cost targets. Skills You Need * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Prior experience in product development, mechanical and systems engineering projects; * Knowledge and experience with **CREO and Ansys**, or similar tools; * Advanced English proficiency for global team communication and technical documentation; * Familiarity with complex system development (hydraulic, electrical, structural); * Ability to interpret requirements, translate needs into solutions, and document designs; * Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
