We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead the price review calendar and connections between Pricing, Trade, Finance, Sales, and Channel during price review cycles and revenue planning; * Guardian of the company’s commercial condition model and pricing principles; * Act as a consultant on pricing for innovations; * Conduct monitoring, diagnosis, identify opportunities (competitiveness, channel conflicts, guardrails, margin), and propose necessary adjustments; * Coordinate the training and capability-building agenda for pricing across the organization; * Deliver training on area governance and systems; * Update pricing methodologies and governance; * Propose and implement process improvements in planning and pricing; * Support development of new tools; * Develop KPIs and improve communication of internal decisions with business units and regional sales teams. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Analytical profile with strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills; passion for innovation and technology. * Experience in Pricing/Revenue Management, Projects, Trade, or Finance; * Proficiency in Office suite and other tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI, and AI. * Intermediate English proficiency; **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in consumer goods companies; * Knowledge of data analysis; * Knowledge of programming languages (VBA, Java, Python, etc.); * Experience participating in or leading system implementations; * Advanced English proficiency.
