If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** This is a strategic and hands-on position that will support project governance and management, plan and control activities comprising the project scope, verify adherence to defined methodologies and milestones for the project, and contribute to fulfilling contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Support the structuring, implementation, control, and governance of the PMO in project management; * Develop policies, manuals and guidelines, procedures, flowcharts, and processes; * Participate in developing and updating responsibility matrices, communication plans, executive reports, and performance indicators; * Consolidate information from various technical areas (engineering, contracts, quality, environment, safety, and procurement) for integrated project planning; * Develop, detail, and standardize planning and control procedures; update the execution schedule using Primavera P6 software, ensuring integration among physical, financial, and contractual milestone schedules; * Define physical progress measurement guidelines; perform physical progress analysis, deviation and trend analysis, and propose corrective/preventive action plans; * Standardize update and reporting workflows and support preparation of status reports, dashboards, and managerial information; * Collaborate on risk, change, and interface integration management across various project fronts; * Ensure traceability and version control of planning documents; * Participate in alignment meetings with technical and contracted teams; * Support implementation and maintenance of processes and tools within the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Primavera P6 software; * Postgraduate degree or certifications in Project Management (PMP, MBA); * Knowledge of digital management tools (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project); * Familiarity with process management and mapping tools such as Root Cause Analysis, BPM, SIPOC, and Kanban. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience in infrastructure construction planning (highways, tunnels, special structures, urban access roads, or similar), preferably in the State of São Paulo; * Prior experience working in a PMO; * Knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence); * Understanding of contractual governance and compliance in infrastructure projects. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Flexible Office * Work Location: São Paulo/SP * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass Discounts and partnerships with numerous educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more, in the ability to turn them into reality.
