Involvement in system and API integration **Senior Systems Development Analyst** The Senior Systems Development Analyst will work on the evolution and maintenance of the company's critical systems, with emphasis on **scalability, performance, and technical quality**, directly contributing to digital transformation and continuous process improvement. They will be responsible for providing technical leadership for initiatives, supporting architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of robust solutions aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve systems with a focus on **performance, scalability, and security** * Participate in **system architecture definition** and development best practices * Actively engage in **technical refinements** * Ensure code quality through **testing, code reviews, and standardization** * Work on **system and API integration** (internal and external) * Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring **high availability** * Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers * Drive continuous improvements in development processes * Evaluate and propose new technologies and innovative solutions * Collaborate with business areas to understand and translate technical requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Solid experience in systems development (senior level) * Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as: **Python, TypeScript, React, Django, and Tailwind** * Experience with **PostgreSQL** databases (modeling, performance, and optimization) * Experience with **system architecture, REST APIs, and microservices** * Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS is a plus) * Knowledge of **Docker and containerization** * Experience with source control (**Git**) and CI/CD best practices * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and automation (a plus) * Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation * Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$9\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
