Job Summary: This role involves teaching classes across various areas of the gym, developing and adjusting training plans, monitoring students, organizing instructional time, and collaborating with the team in gym management. Key Highlights: 1. Teach classes across various areas of the gym 2. Develop and adjust personalized training plans 3. Collaborate with gym leadership and coordination - Teach classes in all five areas of the gym complex: weight training, fitness, spinning, aqua aerobics, and swimming, during fixed hours as well as covering for vacations, medical certificates, leaves, absences, and other situations requiring substitutes; - Participate in developing the Training Plan based on the student's physical and clinical assessment, entering it into the appropriate system for individual access; - Monitor and guide students during exercise execution, correcting techniques when necessary, and adjusting the Training Plan according to their technical and physical progress; - Organize your instructional time (weekly schedule) to ensure implementation of your plan; - Prepare materials related to your lesson plan necessary for teacher instruction and student/visitor learning; - Be responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and preservation of shared equipment and instruments, as well as those in collective areas; - Collaborate with gym leadership and coordination to resolve daily operational issues and challenges; - Prepare for and participate in internal and external events; - Perform any other duties typical of this position and/or as directed by your immediate supervisor. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturdays and Sundays according to rotating schedule.
