Job Summary: We are seeking a developer to work on the Prevision product, building high-complexity solutions in VueJS, Ruby on Rails, and Go, with a focus on Clean Code and Design Patterns. This position is for the **Prevision** product. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain high-complexity solutions in **VueJS**, **Ruby on Rails**, and **Go**, participating from conception and architecture through implementation and maintenance, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to principles such as **Clean Code** and **Design Patterns**; * **Work autonomously in project planning and execution, propose continuous process improvements in development, and actively collaborate** with Product Managers and Designers in defining and prioritizing features; * Actively participate in the team’s **agile ceremonies**, maintaining clear and assertive communication with stakeholders and adjacent teams to help remove impediments and ensure technical alignment of deliverables; * Digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency and proven experience developing complex applications using **VueJS** (or frontend frameworks such as React or Angular), **Ruby on Rails**, or **Go**, including building and consuming APIs; * Solid experience applying **Clean Code**, **Design Patterns** (e.g., SOLID), and software architecture best practices to ensure solution maintainability, testability, and scalability; * Proficiency in test-driven development (**TDD/BDD**) methodologies, with experience creating and maintaining automated test suites (unit, integration, etc.) and software quality strategies; * Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to solve complex problems, and technical mentoring of less-experienced developers; * Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts. **Additional Information** **Work Model:** Anywhere Office \- 100% remote. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Profit Sharing and Results Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * GoGood \| Nav; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core pillars is appreciation of people, and we proudly state that we are a company supporting diversity and inclusion.
