Support in audit processes and ancillary obligations ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a Personnel Department Assistant to join our team! This person will be responsible for supporting personnel administration routines, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the company's internal policies, as well as managing union membership fee payments, employment terminations, vacation tracking, leaves of absence, work-related licenses, payroll slip issuance, and labor charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF), and providing support in audit processes and fulfillment of ancillary obligations (eSocial, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS). ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (a completed bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields is a plus) * Prior experience in the Personnel Department; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with employment termination procedures (application, calculation, coordination with unions, and requests for homologation and exit medical examinations) * Experience with monthly payroll entries; * Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Domínio, TOTVS, ADP, SENIOR, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance: Based on commuting needs * Health insurance plan (no co-payment) * Dental insurance plan (no co-payment) * SESC membership benefits * Life insurance * Funeral assistance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Contract:** CLT
