**Job Opening: Metalwork Estimator** **Job Description:** * Responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling metalwork service budgets—including metal windows and doors, metal structures, and special projects—ensuring cost accuracy, technical feasibility, and commercial competitiveness. * Prepare analytical budgets based on project documents, technical drawings, and specifications; * Conduct quantitative takeoffs of materials, labor, equipment, and services; * Analyze metalwork projects (gates, grilles, windows and doors, metal structures, façades, etc.); * Research and obtain quotations for materials and supplies from vendors; * Develop detailed cost compositions and budget spreadsheets; * Assess the technical and economic feasibility of projects; * Update budgets according to project revisions or client requests; * Maintain a historical record of budgets and an updated price database. * Calculate the weight of metal structures for cost composition and logistics. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education (Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields); * Experience in metalwork budgeting; * Ability to read and interpret projects and technical drawings; * Proficiency in Excel and budgeting software; * Basic knowledge of costs, production processes, and metallic materials; * Familiarity with aluminum and steel windows and doors; knowledge of AutoCAD. **Work Location: Vila Maria Baixa \- São Paulo/SP** We have an internal growth policy, so career advancement depends on your performance and experience! **Employment Type: CLT – Permanent or PJ Contract** Salary – CLT / PJ negotiable Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits: * Meal allowance of R$ 30.00 per day * Transportation voucher (no 6% deduction if no absences or tardiness during the month) Employment Type: Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: starting from R$3\.000,00\00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in metalwork budgeting?
