Job Summary: We are seeking a team leader with experience in sales operations to coordinate, evaluate, and manage KPI compliance, improve operational processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Description: Essential * Completed degree in Hotel Management or related fields, or proven industry knowledge. * Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience; * Experience generating reports, KPIs, dashboards, and market analysis for the sales area; * Experience working in Sales Operations to produce dashboards, reports, and business-area indicators; * Proven projects to develop value propositions and enhance customer experience (sales, delivery, and repurchase); Your daily responsibilities will include: * Coordinating the Operations team within defined standards and objectives; * Responsible for feedback and evaluation processes for the Operations team; * Managing and ensuring compliance with predefined KPIs through indicator monitoring; * Defining metrics and reports via data analysis and implementing process-improvement actions to guarantee customer satisfaction; * Promoting complaint diagnostics and, in collaboration with the Quality department, developing a consistent action plan to reduce incident volume, responsible parties, and resolution timelines; * Ensuring synergy between internal and external Operations departments, always reinforcing the customer’s total SLA—not individual department SLAs. * Collaborating with other Operations departments to identify failures and/or improvement suggestions, and following up with the Process Coordinator. 2511290202181893871
