With a people-centered approach, it aims to promote employee development and satisfaction within organizations. **Responsibilities:** Monitor fleet displacement via GPS, checking for route deviations, unauthorized stops, or panic alerts. Receive and handle intrusion, fire, or technical failure alarms, following the established action protocol. Activate authorities (police, firefighters) or rapid response teams whenever an incident is confirmed. Thoroughly document all shift-related incidents in the system or logbook, generating data for future analysis. Remotely manage entry and exit of people and vehicles at virtual gatehouses or restricted areas. Tasks related to standard Monitoring Assistant routines. Position located in Mauá / SP. High school diploma required.
