Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience in mobile testing specifically on iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Hi\-Tech domain and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. Responsibilities Oversee the testing process for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms ensuring high\-quality deliverables. Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to define document and implement testing strategies that align with project goals. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Execute test cases identify defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues promptly. Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mobile testing. Utilize advanced testing tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide expert guidance on testing strategies. Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing and the Hi\-Tech domain. Provide training and support to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes. Ensure all testing activities are documented accurately and are easily accessible for future reference. Engage in regular communication with project managers and clients to ensure alignment on testing objectives and outcomes. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies and tools. Demonstrate proficiency in testing on both iOS and Android platforms. Exhibit expertise in the Hi\-Tech domain with a focus on mobile technologies. Have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and spoken. Show experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem\-solving and process improvement.
