About the Company and the Challenge:
We are a company operating in the construction and real estate development sector. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and evolve our core business systems: the construction site and the backoffice.
Your focus will be developing high-precision solutions for planning, budgetary tracking, rigorous quality control, and financial and tax integrations. If you seek an environment where code quality directly impacts physical-financial management and real construction project auditing, this is your opportunity.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Development and Maintenance: Building budgeting, planning, and service-contractor contract control modules using C# and .NET 8.0.
* Front-end / Mobile-first: Developing responsive interfaces with Blazor, HTML, and CSS, optimized for completing Service Verification Forms (FVS) via mobile devices at construction sites.
* Back-end and Integrations: Building secure RESTful APIs in ASP.NET for complex fiscal and financial integrations with our Backoffice ERP.
* Data and Metrics: Optimizing PostgreSQL queries (via Entity Framework) and designing dashboards (KPIs) for physical and budgetary progress.
* Security and Auditing: Implementing secure systemic workflows for payment authorizations and quality audits.
* AWS DevOps: Managing CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline).
Mandatory Requirements:
* Solid expertise in C# / .NET 8.0 and ASP.NET.
* Proven experience with Blazor, HTML, and CSS (with emphasis on usability and responsive design).
* In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM (Entity Framework).
* Practical experience with cloud-based DevOps / CI-CD pipelines (preferably on AWS).
* Analytical ability to write clean, testable code focused on data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with quality control systems (FVS), construction measurement processes, or payment authorization routines.
* Experience integrating with construction/financial ERPs (e.g., Sienge, UAU, Mega).
* Knowledge of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles in mission-critical systems.
* Familiarity with AWS Cloud services (RDS, EC2, ECS).
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$6.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month
Benefits:
* Health insurance
* Meal allowance
Work Location: On-site
