Hands-on profile with autonomy and ownership mindset About the Role We are looking for a candidate to lead Fin\-x's Data and AI function, playing both a strategic and execution-oriented role—capable of structuring the company's data foundation, evolving its analytical layer, and transforming artificial intelligence into tangible applications for the business and customers. This leadership role will be responsible for bridging strategy, technology, product, and operations—building data and AI capabilities that increase predictability in the surgical journey, support decision-making, and enable new products. Responsibilities and Duties **What you'll do daily:** Evolve and lead Fin\-x's Data, Analytics, BI, and AI strategy. Evolve the company's data architecture and analytical layer. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and executive leadership to organize and prioritize the data and AI roadmap. Enhance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical products—making them simpler, more reliable, and decision-oriented. Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases with real impact on business and customer operations. Lead AI initiatives applied to automation, recommendation, classification, decision support, and insight generation. Ensure data governance, quality, security, and traceability. Establish standards, processes, and eventually build the team as the company evolves. Serve as the internal reference for the strategic use of data and AI. Requirements and Qualifications **What we're looking for:** Relevant experience leading or building Data, Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or AI functions. Experience defining data architecture, analytical modeling, and pipeline orchestration. Practical experience building dashboards, KPIs, and analytical products for decision-making. Experience applying artificial intelligence practically in products, processes, or operations. Ability to set priorities based on business impact. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Hands\-on profile with autonomy and ownership mindset. Nice-to-Haves Experience with complex integrations between transactional systems. Experience with generative AI, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation. Involvement in building data lakehouses, analytical modernization, or data-driven products. Experience in B2B SaaS companies undergoing growth phases.
